How to use Filezilla SFTP

0. Install Filezilla

FileZilla is a free cross-platform file-transfer program. You'll need this to upload files through SFTP.

1. Find your login details

Navigate to the Files tab, found on the bottom navigation bar.

Below the File Manager, at the bottom of the page. You will find a card with your SFTP credentials.

2. Setup Filezila

  1. Open Filezilla.

  1. Click on the "Site Manager" button.

  1. Input your server details from step 1.
    1. Press "New site".
    2. Change the "Protocol" to "SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol" & input your "Host":"Port". For example: hamilton.03.pixelpond.io:5657 the host is hamilton.03.pixelpond.io and the port is 5657.
    3. Input the Username, make sure there are no extra spaces!
    4. Press OK.

3. Connect

Click on the arrow to the right of the "site", click on the server you just created.

4. Transfer Files

On the left is your local PC, on the right is your server.

Drag files from one side to another to transfer.
